Vasilica’s experience extends beyond consultancy. She served for two years as Head of Healthcare and Education at Meraas Holding (semi-government), where she contributed to the transformation of Valiant from a diagnostic clinic into a JCI-accredited hospital. She has also supported Burjeel Holdings, helping enable local and international expansion through strategic advisory and execution.

She is currently the Director of Business Development at SAAS Healthcare Investments, where a key achievement includes facilitating the franchise of Next Health clinics in the UAE for SAAS.

Today, Vasilica Aesthetics is defined by ethics, transparency, discretion, and clinical standards helping clients make informed decisions, connect with top-tier doctors and reputable clinics, and approach any cosmetic procedure with clarity, safety, and realistic expectations.

Outside of work, Vasilica prioritises wellbeing through whole, non-processed nutrition, time in nature, swimming, cooking, and unwinding with a good film.
